Rajpal is a seasoned and result oriented DEI and Human Rights Professional with over 30 years of work experience with the City of Vancouver, Legal Services Society and several not-for-profit organizations. Highly collaborative, she brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to complex workplace issues, building bridges of understanding across differences and helping to support inclusive and supportive workplaces
Rajpal is experienced in informal and formal interventions in bullying & harassment, human rights and conduct related investigations and associated policy development & implementation. She brings a trauma informed approach to investigations and to restorative dispute resolution mechanisms, with a focus on pragmatic and culturally sensitive workplace solutions that are creative and flexible.
Rajpal is an effective and experienced trainer and workshop facilitator in areas of Respectful Workplaces, Bullying & Harassment, DEI for all levels of management and staff.
Rajpal holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology and English literature. She holds certifications in Human Resource Management from BCIT, and in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC.

Aashish is a lawyer with experience in a broad range of legal matters, including Wills & Estates, Corporate/Commercial practice, Contracts, Employment and Labour law, and more. He is a conscientious and detail-oriented legal practitioner with experience in both Employer-side law and a Union perspective, and brings a focused and analytical mindset to his files.
Having graduated from Allard Law at the University of British Columbia in 2018, Aashish has experience in both the large international corporate law firm space as well as in the provincial government, working with the Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia and being part of the BCGEU for years before starting his own practice in 2022.
Aashish holds a Juris Doctor from Allard School of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of British Columbia, and is a lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
